Saeed is a true visionary with a background in construction, engineering, and development with over 30 years’ experience building successful businesses. With his drive for performance and can do attitude he has been able to grow what started with a Custom Home Building business in Austin Texas to multiple successful companies including but not limited to an electrical company, lighting company, and eventually building his first hotel which opened in August 2016 which lead the desire to start MKM Lodging Services.
Mohammad’s passion for hotels came from his years of traveling with Motorola where he experienced a wide range of small select service hotels to large luxury brands and everything in between. With his need for offering our guests the very best his focus is developing new Premium Branded Projects for MKM Lodging Services in high demand markets and ensuring they have the best technology available for their traveling needs. Mohammad has also been instrumental in the financial future growth of MKM and establishing strong partnerships with leading financial institutions by delivering premium results on each project.
Waseem Kan is senior hospitality operations leader with 30+ years of experience driving performance across full-service, luxury, resort, extended-stay, and select-service hotels. Proven success improving RevPAR, EBITDA, service culture, and operating efficiency across large multi-property portfolios. Deep expertise in day-to-day operations, asset performance, owner relations, and leadership development within Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, and Wyndham systems.
Chris Henry an accomplished sales veteran with 20+ years in the hospitality industry including an extensive background in Food & Beverage, sales & marketing with pre-opening and re-branding experience. Chris has been instrumental in providing the utmost in leadership bringing her teams to high levels of success and performance for several of the industry’s most recognized management companies in multiple markets. Chris’ experience includes focus service, extended stay, and full-service hotels in airport, downtown, resort and suburban locations throughout Arizona, Texas, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Louisiana with an emphasis on Hilton products. A performance driven leader with the ability and wherewithal to get the job done – develop teams and elevate financial expectations. Throughout Chris’ career, she loves to reflect on people she’s mentored, coached and developed along the way with a hands-on approach for their future advancement. Seeing how far they’ve excelled in their careers is the most rewarding of it all to her with lasting rooted connections. Besides the hotel industry, Chris’ other passion is animals, large and small. A horse owner herself, when not out in the field supporting her teams and hotels, she prefers to be out in her field with her husband and four-legged friends while supporting local animal therapy organizations.
